The complex is located in a quiet residential area a few steps from the town centre and its services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. The airport and the port of Cagliari are about 50 kms away.
In a few minutes drive you can reach the famous beaches of the coast of Villasimius, the most belonging to the protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis.

The Apartments
Apartments are located on the 1st or 2nd floor with balcony, equipped with table and chairs. They have bathroom with hairdryer, oven, TV, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, telephone for internal use, shared washing machine. All apartments have an equipped kitchenette and crockery and cutlery.

One-bedroom apartment 2 people: (33 m² ) living room with sofa, double bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Possibility of cot (with extra charge).

One-bedroom apartment 3 people: (33 m² ) living room with single sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Possibility of cot (with extra charge).

Simius beach: about 2,5 kms. Within a few kilometers there are some of the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia. Possibility of beach service (by local providers).
