The Palau Green Village, set in beautiful gardens composed by typical plants of the Mediterranean region, only 500m form the lively centre of Palau and a good starting point to explore the near beaches and point of interest of this area.

The Residence was entirely conceived in accordance with Sardinian tradition and architecture.

Pedestrian paths, surrounded by vegetation, connect the apartments to the swimming pool and to the reception and the bar of the Residence.
The beach is only at 250 meters.

FACILITIES: Reception is open from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8 pm. You'll find a relaxing area, free Wi-Fi, shared washing machine, solarium, equipped swimming-pool, playground, shared barbecue area, free use of bicycles depending on availability (damage deposit of 50.00€), bar (by local providers, opening from May 1st), unattended parking. Palau city centre offers a variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and many other services.

The Apartments are comfortably furnished, they can be on the ground floor with a furnished patio or on the first floor with a furnished balcony. All equipped with kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, WI-FI, microwave, ironing board and iron, bathroom with hairdryer; apartments are available in the following typologies:

Studio: (30 m2) living room with sofa bed, bathroom. Possibility to add a cot or a bed (with extra charge)

One Bedroom Apartment: (40/50 m2) living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom. Possibility to add a cot or a bed (with extra charge).

Activities in the area
The residence is located in a privileged position at just 500 metres from the centre of Palau and its services; 20 minutes by ferry from the island of La Maddalena, with its spectacular marine park; and 30-minutes drive from Costa Smeralda. The beach, set at 250 meters away, faces the beautiful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena and is surrounded by a thick pine wood, which features a fitness trail, represents a perfect spot for picnics, long walks and outdoor sports.
